The Supervisory board of alstria features one Alexander Stuhlmann (Head of the HSH supervised by Peiner), Dr. Christian Olearius (M.M.Warburg HHLA/HGV Deals etc., Partner Harald Boberg, Oetker bank Bankhaus Lampe, CDU Hamburg treasurer), Dr. Johannes Conradi (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Partner Global Head of Real Estate Sector Group Managing Partner of the Hamburg Office), Richard Mully (Natixis Capital Partners, Grove and HRE supervision with one J.C.Flowers HSH)! Why two directors of banks with strong involvement with Hamburgs and Peiners CDU (The HSH as political plaything, M.M.Warburg with CDU treasurer Harald Boberg), FBD man Conradi as an acting HSH consultant and HRE supervisor Mully suddenly supervise the first of only 2 existing REITs in Germany, why a great part of alstrias portfolio consists of real estate sold on political decisions by Peiner and von Beust shows how collusive behaviour in Hamburg works! Like most cases of insider dealings the premeditated transmission of selective information and acceptance of economic advantages have caused losses of tax payer property in the hundreds of millions Euro!
