The hundert million throwaway of taxpayer money has many similaritys to the criminal energy of the Peiner Stuhlmann Primo sales, only this time without the Landesbank as a go between. The taxpayer has to refuse to once again become the easy prey of venturers and their political string puppets!
The documents concerning deals like these need transparent public monitoring, this has to start with the way how open competitive bidding can produce investors who are suddenly in dire need of financial "adjustments" through the taxpayers.

Senator Hajduk asks to rent 50000 square meter, the sixth addendum of a complete deal with a joint venture group consisting of Groß & Partner, SNS Property Finance B.V. and ING Real Estate B.V.
The next "Investors" without wallets banking on taxpayer bailouts allowed by Hamburgs real estate politicians?
If there is no compliance by the citizenry the project will receive no further financing.
