Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein English Akten

Selling everything they donīt own....

A collusiuon of those in charge?

Financial senator Dr. Michael Freytag: „Hamburg is growing, the finance chamber delivers the property!”
Senate, banks and speculators!
Closed real estate investment trusts, priorly owned by Hamburgs tax payers!
Hamburgs politicians know only one investor, the politically precedented kind!
In this chapter we take a closer look at the sales of city property by senate, HSH and HGV!
Often commited in the deals the CDU Hamburg treasurer Harald Boberg and his former private bank M.M.Warburg, the HSH CEO Hartmut Strauß as an HGV supervisor close to Freytags ear!
The far reaching ramifications and companies in companies show how a small group can alter public premises to privately owned property, naturally financed through constructions of the HSH and M.M.Warburg, alternately Morgan Stanley or Natixis, naturally with competent counselling by Freshfields Johannes Conradi (German REIT pope)!
