Under investigation
The continuing interests of Hochtief in Hamburg, U4, U3, Airport Hamburg, Hafen City, The George, Atlantic House, Hochtief House (new Hochtief residence) etc…
The vast political influence through board members present at the HSH, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Allianz etc…
..were just a few reasons for Hamburgs big building senates decision to commission the 77 mn Euro project to Hochtief!
Knowing each other on different levels, helping out if there´s trouble with the Bank (the original credits were made with the Commerzbank, not the HSH) are now subject of a parliamentary investigation. 4494 construction flaws mentioned by architects Herzog & de Meuron, why a 77 mn project somehow will now cost Hamburgs taxpayers at least half a billion, what ex senator Freytag and the REGE knew will now be part of the second parliamentary investigation this year in the City of Hamburg.
Centering around the bunglings of the senates HGV our personal view is that there should have been one investigation about this “private company” dealing with the HSH, Elbphilharmonie, Hapag Lloyd, Hochbahn, Saga/GWG and other politically guided taxmoney graves due to personal interests of roped partys in Hamburg.
Hochbahnvictims.com will report from the meetings of the committee and keep you informed about how Hamburgs next cover up will be reasoned!

Project control - costs, quality and quantity
Controlling the costs and quality for the REGE, Assmann passed their impressions and estimates to Wegener and Leutner. According to Hartmut Lohr the contract assessment by Alexander Ottos ECE was one of several fatal decisions made by high people behind closed doors in Hamburgs town hall.

Architects

"There are difficulties, the whole due date and cost situation is more than unfortunate!"
Some kind of general master plan

These architects have more than one project granted by the Urban Development and Environment Authority for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and other authorities, several for the Uni-Clinic Eppendorf, a few Commerzbank buildings and some ECE projects at the start, some of them even in conjuncture with Assmann, most of them coincidentally in the same time frame as the calculated monumental failure.
